Shipping Fees
Shipping is likely free if you ship your order to the same country as the warehouse. However, if your order is being sent to a different country, shipping fees will apply. Notably, for many products weighing less than 2kg, global shipping is free.
Shipping Time
Orders placed from a local warehouse and sent to the same country as the warehouse will be shipped within 48 hours. For items ordered from locations outside the country of the local warehouse, they will ship within 3 - 7 days. You can track your order in the “Order Status” section. Customs Duties and Taxes
Items shipped from all our warehouses are not subject to export taxes. But if you ship an item from one country to another, you may be required to pay local taxes and custom duties on that item. The customer bears full responsibility for these expenses.

Tracking Paypal Express Checkout Orders
There are two convenient ways to track your Express Checkout Order. First, you can track it in your Personal Center. Once you've linked your Paypal account to your GoMallnow account, the tracking information will be clearly displayed in your Personal Center. Second, you can click the “Order Status” button to monitor the progress of your package.
